Psylocke Peril - Still a bit rusty..

It had been a terrible night for a super heroic adventure.
Getting word that some costumed thug was going after Warpie children hit Psylocke hard.
She had always had a way with warpies, Ever since the Jaspers warp  about 15 years ago. Many of those children then ranged in age from newborn to 7 years of age.
In Brighton, she had come across word that one of the original Warpie kids, now 17 was being manipulated into a life of crime, but was not beyond saving.
It was she who called the police, and asked for help. The Constable, knowing Psylocke had experience dealing with such things called upon her.
Unfortunately for Betsy, it was a little to close to home. Having only been out of retirement now for less than a month, she was still a bit rusty.
As she gave slow chase to the girl, her kidnapper, associate grew wary of the armoured woman and her mental cajoling. Turning on her he ended the chase with a roundhouse.
It struck a vulnerable jaw. Blood flew from her lips as she was KO'ed instantly. Dartsman looked down at his handi-work.
Even before she came out of retirement, back when she had joined Excalibur briefly, her Jobberific nature constantly made news. During recorded super fights, she seemed to always be the first one dropped by a foe.
So her reputation for being Jobberific grew and grew. Why he had ran, he wasn't sure.
She lived up to her reputation, that's for sure.
