Mindseye Peril 37 The Computer Intruder

Mindseye is Asked to locate some information on the whereabouts of a local art thief.
The thief is known for stealing pieces imported from other parts of the world. Not only is he/she a seller, but a collector. So that means once those pieces vanish, they may NEVER be seen again.
After her last task locating those kidnapping victims she feels confident she can do the job. So she spends time at the scene of the last heist. Using her Psychometric powers, she is able to mentally track the and see the crime as it "happened.
The thieves were bold in their theft. Many of the works were Statues, frescoes, paintings, and even non standard works like a giant Lego human sculpture.
Able to Psychically sense the direction and general heading of her targets. She took to her pink/magenta Coupe.
Stopping every so often to make sure she is on the right trail.
She locates the vandals in a standard flat. Not some elaborate domicile, or hideout. What better way to not draw suspicions. She was no cat burglar or crack ninja thief. Getting in to the flat would be a chore. However she was able to use a back alley dumpster to climb up to a window that was open enough to let in the night breeze.

Almost tripping she made it into the building. Hoping she was alone she came across a computer, and though no computer expert. She didnt need technical skills to use her powers. She began to " view" the past. Everything that appeared on that computer screen over the last 2 days came to her.
Just as she was about to come across startling evidence. Strong hands grasped the startled woman. She instinctively backed up on her foe. She felt his member on her butt, just before a sharp blow came to rest upon her neck.
Before she fell to the floor, her foe smiled.
He had not figured on encountering costumed interference, but the Leeds Police were nothing but novices in his mind.
But this.. this was something else indeed.

Mindseye had intended to phone the police of her discoveries. She usually does so when she think's she'll be in trouble. But this time she was unable to do so before her foe struck.

What's to become of her now?
