Real name: Talia Jackmon
Profession: Astronomer, Pacifistic terrorist, anti-hero
Goals: To end Nuclear proliferation of Space, and pursue global peace.
Powers: Talia channels the power of Lunar cold and darkness. She can create an area of low light and extreme cold within a 250 radius. Those entering such a field will have dimmer vision, and suffer the effects of lunar cold.
There movements will slow, and thinking becomes harder unless they are suitably protected. Within her field she can release intense cold at up to two targets, with causes non living materials to become super brittle.
She uses this power to destroy the technology or weapons of war. She never channels her powers to hurt another, only to hinder. She is immune to cold and can see in the darkness. She can also walk easily over cratered
or icy/snowy terrain.
Talents: An accomplished young Astronomer, and Scientist. She has learned to be intimidating ( even though it backfires a lot) in order to stop weapon proliferation.
Weaknesses: Lunarwoman's powers while scary aren't that deadly if you are well protected or can get in and out fast. Her darkness can be countered with more intense light, and Cold with heat. She's also not a fighter being a
pacifist. She relies on Harvest Moon for protection while she sets up her cold and darkness field throwing the enemies into confusion. But the easiest way to stop her is grab her arms or wrists. She folds up after that.
